What is your direction?

Have you ever heard people say I’m getting there?

Where is there? Most won’t be able to give you an answer.

Why? Because they don’t where there is and they aren‘t getting there or anywhere. They don’t have a direction.


Imagine building a house without a plan. imagine the house. Before we can even build a house we need a plan. The plan has to be certified by council and each step needs to be signed off. Now we are saying we want to lose 10kg but we don’t have a plan. I have to eat better you say. I just have to go to the gym you say.


Right. So building that house requires that you just lay some bricks and put some nails into a piece of timber.

Definitely not. Everything in life needs a plan. Including your fitness and health goals. Make a plan or if your not sure ask for help. Stop, getting no where and telling yourself your getting there.
