My Favourite Exercises

We all have our favourite exercises in the gym and it’s always those exercises that we feel the most benefit from or feel strongest. I always enjoy compound exercises for the strength benefit but in particular i enjoy back and leg exercises. Below are the exercises I enjoy the most. In a later post I will address each exercise and how I like to do them.


  1. Barbell Deadlifts

  2. One Arm Dumbbell Rows

  3. Barbell Squats

  4. Front Squats

  5. Close Grip Bench Press

  6. Incline Dumbbell Press

  7. Standing Military Press

  8. Chest supported Dumbbell Row


All of these movements tend to feel natural to me. i feel like they are movements that on any day of the week I can train them and feel Exactly what I want to feel when performing them.
