In short I am not anything more than a human being that has devoted themselves to staying fit, working out and eating a good nutrition plan.
I am not genetically blessed with a fast metabolism and I was born extra strong with insane genetics.

I eat well 95 percent of the time and I train hard at least 4 days per week.

Enjoy the treat but eat enough until you no longer enjoy it. Have a small amount and enjoy every last morsel.
When you train, just enjoy the feeling of exercise. Enjoy getting fitter and enjoy making progress. Train every day or every second day. Stay active and do what you enjoy doing.
i have spent a lot of years training people and helping them to enjoy training. My clients will be training on public holidays because they want to train. They will do it because they love it. Not because of a schedule.
