Decline in health

Despite so much information available on health these days, health is declining.


The biggest issue is obesity and yet there are more diet fads, weight loss experts and weight loss supplements.


Why is health declining?


Because we are getting fatter and lazier.


I believe it’s that like everything else people are looking for that magic pill, the ultimate diet. It doesn’t exist.


A calorie is a calorie and a stored calorie is a stored calorie. You stored those calories by eating too many calories. You stored those calories because you didn’t move enough.


You got fat because you blamed your thyroid, or your genetics. Not your habits.


Proven fact, Obese people over eat but don’t think they eat much and under exercise but think they exercise a lot.

The Inconvenient fact is that our bodies don‘t function well being obese. In fact being obese is inflammatory. The organs have to process all the extra metabolic products from all the extra calories and they are struggling.


You want better health?


Eat less and move more.
